Priority is given to RFCM member applications received before the member deadline. Refunds are not issued after the final date.

$40.00 per table

8ft table — non-members

$50.00 per table

Good To Know

Before you apply.

• Table coverings are mandatory.
• Payment by cheque or money order must accompany the application to reserve space.
• Applications are not accepted by email — mail the completed form with payment.
• If your product has not already been approved for the 2026 season, email us photos of it. Photos are the only part of the application we take by email.
• Power is free, but the number of spaces with power access is limited — note what you need on the form.
• Vendors must stack their tables and chairs after the event ($5 non-compliance fee).
